Registration Cost

For the convenience of all the attendees, the registration process for Assembly 2014 has been streamlined so that those members who are also a part of the meetings that precede the Assembly (i.e. The College of Bishops, Provincial Council, Cabinet and Executive Committee) need to register only once.

Unless specified, the cost of lodging is not a part of the registration costs listed below. Your lodging options can be found here. Below is a breakdown of the costs associated with each gathering:

Assembly 2014

Who: All

When: The Assembly runs from Wednesday (6/25) through Saturday (6/28).

Cost:

Early Bird (October 1 through November 30th): $325

Standard (December 1 through March 31st): $375

Late (April 1 through June 15th): $425

Collegian & Young Adults: $195

Teen Conference: $245 (Includes Lodging)

Day Passes

Purchasing one or more day passes is a good option for those who cannot come for the whole Assembly, but would like to attend for a day or two. Pricing is below. You can check out the schedule for each day here.

Cost:

Wednesday: $100

Thursday: $100

Friday (does not include banquet): $100

Friday Night Banquet: $50

Saturday: $75

Other Meetings

College of Bishops Meeting

Who: Members of the College of Bishops

When: Thursday(6/19) through Sunday (6/22)

Cost: $450 (Spouse $250)

What's Included:

  • 10 meals
  • 4 nights of lodging (Thursday through Sunday)
  • Transportation to off-campus events
  • Meeting Space
  • Break Snacks
  • Meeting Materials

Note: This includes lodging through Sunday night. When going through the registration process for Assembly the only lodging options that need to be specified are in regards to Monday night (6/23) through Friday night (6/27)

Archbishop's Cabinet and Executive Committee Meeting

Who: Members of the Archbishop's Cabinet and Executive Committee

When: Monday (6/23)

Cost: $175

What's Included:

  • 2 meals including transportation to dinner at Thistle Hill (the home of the Duncans) on Monday night
  • Meeting Space
  • Break Snacks

Provincial Council Meeting

Who: Elected Delegates to Provincial Council

When: Tuesday (6/24)

Cost: $175

What's Included:

  • 2 meals including transportation to dinner at Thistle Hill (the home of the Duncans) on Monday night
