Employer: Holy Trinity Anglican Church (Raleigh, NC)
Closes: When position is filled
We are looking for a full-time minister to youth who has 5+ years of post-college experience in church or para-church youth ministry and a proven track record in evangelism and discipleship. Candidates do not have to be confirmed Anglicans, but will need to be committed to our theological tradition, ready to learn and fully equipped to prepare teens for confirmation. Some level of seminary training is desirable.
We believe that a vibrant ministry to youth is an essential part of a healthy church. Holy Trinity Anglican is committed to discipling our youth and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with
non-believing teens in Raleigh.
We are a congregation of 300+ families, and our regular worship attendance is roughly 400. We are experiencing a season of steady growth. We currently have roughly 50 students in middle school and high school, with 125+ children in 5th grade and below. We have students in private and public schools, as well as several families who home school. The Director of Youth Ministry will be given a high degree of autonomy along with active support from church leadership. This requires a motivated self-starter who is capable of casting vision, setting goals, and building and running a program. This position requires exceptional social skills and an ability to build relationships with parents as well as students.
