St. Peter's Anglican Church in Talllahassee, FL, partners with TSM to offer Jan. Term Classes

From January 19-24, 2015, Trinity School for Ministry will offer two classes at St. Peter’s for either credit or audit. Dr. Arnold Klukas will offer “Worship’s Silent Partner: Anglican Church Architecture” and Dr. Sarah Hall will offer “Old Testament Foundations”. These two classes will be offered as intensives with students doing some work both before and after the class.

In addition to these two classes, St. Peter’s will offer three classes for personal enrichment. The Rev. Canon Jim Hobby will offer “The World’s Religions” for those who wish to better understand and minister in our pluralistic culture. Dr. Jeff Trostle will offer “Calvin’s Vision of the Christian Life” for those interested in exploring Calvin’s understanding of faith, piety, the sacraments and the Church. Dr. Michael Petty will offer “Introduction to Christian Theology” for those interested in exploring the riches of Christian thinking. In addition to classes, St. Peter’s Jan Term will feature a choral evensong, an evening of food truck and jazz on the lawn and a retreat on “Human Suffering and Prayer” led by Bishop John Guernsey.
