Our church cares deeply about the safety and well-being of every person in our province. If you have experienced, witnessed, or are concerned about harm, misconduct, or unsafe behavior by a Bishop, please use this form to share your concern. Your report will be treated with respect, discretion, and care. Thank you for telling someone and bringing your report into the light.

If you know or suspect that a child or vulnerable adult has been abused, neglected, or exploited, call 911 immediately.

Please complete what you can, and know we are here to support you. A member of the Provincial Safeguarding Response and Care Team will follow up confidentially. In cases where someone’s safety is at risk, we may be required to share information with appropriate authorities.
