Healthy Leaders and Churches Program Coordinator

The full-time Healthy Leaders and Churches Program Coordinator (HLC – PC) plays a vital role in supporting and advancing healthy leadership development and vibrant congregational life across the province. This position provides support for the Common Life Commission’s engagement, training, and support for bishops; and for programs and administration related to church planting and congregational health. This position also works closely with other Ministry Coordinators to ensure collaborative and efficient administrative support for any related efforts. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and workflows for all church planting, congregational health, and CLC efforts, and will be available to provide event support and hospitality as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, collaborative, and passionate about supporting healthy leaders and healthy churches. Some travel is required.
