The Next Generation Leadership Initiative (NGLI) exists to assist dioceses and parishes in the work of developing the next generation of leaders, both lay and ordained.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to discover, develop, and deploy leaders and ministry resources for the Anglican Church in North America.
NGLI exists to help dioceses and parishes discover the next generation of lay and ordained leaders. We then come alongside them as they develop the tools to disciple people in their callings. This includes practical tools, spiritual formation, and theological education. We then support the deployment of leaders into ministry and the duplication of that process so that the stream of leaders is unending.
