Provincial Tribunal
The Provincial Tribunal is an ecclesiastical court of final decision. It consists of seven members, both lay and clergy, who are appointed by the Provincial Council. The jurisdiction of the Provincial Tribunal determines matters in dispute arising from the Constitution and Canons of the Province and such other matters as may be authorized by canon.
