Director of Family and Children’s Ministry

The Director of Family and Children’s Ministry supports Resurrection’s vision and mission by discipling families and children in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This role involves providing guidance and oversight for the Children’s Leadership Team, assisting periodically in each of the children’s classes, developing multiple resources (including volunteers) that equip the church body to incorporate children as full members, and partnering with parents and volunteers to build a discipleship culture in the church. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and devout follower of Jesus Christ, and have a passion for the discipleship of our children and parents.

Resurrection Anglican is a young church (planted in 2021) with an average Sunday attendance around 90, primarily consisting of young families (with about 40% of the church under 18). In the first couple years of our church life, our children’s ministry consisted mostly of nursery care. We now also have a K-2nd and 3rd-6th class and are excited both about the solid foundation that is being laid and about the opportunity this position has to build on that foundation and grow this ministry.
