1. Email the following to Midpoint: orders@midpointtrade.com
- Your Church or Diocesan name and ship-to address- please indicate if the delivery location of your order is residential or commercial.
- The name, email address, and daytime phone number of your contact person.
- The exact title and the 13 digit ISBN number
- The quantity ordered. (There’ a minimum of ten (10) copies per title, and the books are nonreturnable.)
- Indicate whether or not books should be back-ordered for you if they are temporarily out of stock.
2. Account Information:
- You may send your credit card information with your order, if you are comfortable doing so. Otherwise, please follow the instructions in the email confirmation from Midpoint regarding your order.
- An account will ne set up for you.
- Your credit card will be charged 45% of the book’s cover price. (Normally UPS Ground)
- If you resell any books you will be responsible to collect sales tax and report.
- You will receive email confirmation that your orders are being processed.
3. Once you are set up in Midpoint’s system, and have made a purchase, you will place subsequent orders with:
