Monthly earnings is determined from your prior year W-2.

The new ACNA Retirement Plan was implemented in February of 2016. Please note that Brooks Hamilton/DailyAccess is no longer a provider to the plan. All future contributions and other transactions should be conducted with MassMutual (via ADMIN Partners, the Plan's Third Party Administrator).
